01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on sh777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion involved in the deposit or withdrawal process. sh777 supports the following payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets.

Deposit requests are typically processed within seconds, depending on the payment channel selected. sh777 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or for technical outages on the provider's end. It is your responsibility to ensure that all deposit details entered are correct before confirming any transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Processing times vary by VIP tier — higher tiers receive faster processing, with Diamond members receiving same-day or near-instant processing as standard. Withdrawals are paid out to the same channel used for the most recent deposit where possible.

• Minimum deposit: A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies. Requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum.
• Bonus balance: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See the Bonuses section for details.
• Failed transactions: sh777 is not liable for funds lost in transit due to incorrect payment details entered by the user.

04 Bonuses and Promotions

sh777 offers various bonus and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and VIP-specific promotions. Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between bonus-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the bonus-specific terms shall apply to that offer.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, all bonuses awarded to your account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings or bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the offer, failing which the bonus and any associated winnings will expire and be removed from the account.

• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held at a time. Claiming a new bonus while one is active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• Abuse: Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotions, using multiple accounts, or employing betting patterns designed to lock bonus value — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account suspension.
• PSL & T20 promotions: Cricket season promotions linked to PSL or T20 international events are time-limited and subject to their own terms. These promotions are only valid during the stated event window.
• Cashback bonuses: Cashback bonuses where stated are applied to net losses over the qualifying period. Cashback is typically credited as bonus funds unless otherwise specified.

05 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed through the sh777 sportsbook — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports markets — are subject to the rules published for each sport and market. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any bet. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have done so.

06 VIP Programme

The sh777 VIP programme is available to all registered players. Points are earned on qualifying wagers placed across any section of the platform — Casino, Slots, Bingo, Bet and Slot Games all contribute to VIP point accumulation. The five tiers are Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression is based on total VIP points earned within the qualifying period.

VIP benefits including cashback rates, withdrawal processing priority and exclusive promotional access are determined by your current tier. Benefits are applied automatically to your account and do not require manual activation. sh777 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, tier thresholds, point values and associated benefits at any time with reasonable notice.

• Point expiry: VIP points may expire if your account is inactive for a specified period. The current inactivity threshold is published in the VIP section of the platform.
• Tier review: Tier status is reviewed periodically. If activity falls below the threshold required to maintain a tier, your tier may be adjusted downward at the next review date.
• VIP cashback: Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses during the qualifying week. Cashback is credited as per the rate applicable to your tier at the time of calculation.
• Diamond tier: Diamond members receive the highest cashback rate and same-day withdrawal processing as a standard benefit. Additional Diamond perks may be offered on a discretionary basis.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sh777. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent exclusion from the platform.

• Multiple accounts: Registering or using more than one account, whether in your own name or under another identity.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

sh777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred, that fraudulent activity is taking place, or that continued account access poses a risk to the platform or other users.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting sh777 support. Self-exclusion requests made under the Responsible Gaming programme will result in the account being closed for the period requested, during which no new account may be created. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account is a breach of these terms.

• Balance on closure: If sh777 closes an account for reasons other than a breach of terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the original deposit channel after verification.
• Closure for breach: If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, sh777 is not obligated to return any balance, including real-money funds, pending investigation.
• Reactivation: Closed accounts may or may not be eligible for reactivation at sh777's discretion, depending on the reason for closure.

09 Privacy and Data
